Steelhead Fishing

Steelhead season typically runs August through May, and these ocean-going trout can measure up to 40 inches long and weight up to 15 pounds when they return to Salmon river waters.

  • $195 per person; 2 person minimum, 3 person maximum

Chinook Salmon Fishing

Chinook salmon season is set annually due to the varied number of salmon that return to Idaho each year. You can check with the IDFG for the current year’s season. Returning Chinook typically weigh in between 12 to 20 pounds, but a number of 30 pound fish are often caught each year.

Trout and Bass Fishing

Trout and bass seasons typically run June through October, and the fish grow to a nice size while swimming in the clear water of the Salmon River.
